We aim to process your withdrawal within a 24-hour timeframe.   

Bitcoin: 1-3 hours (requires 3–6 blockchain confirmations on Blockchain)

• You need to enter your Bitcoin Wallet address.
• Ensure that any emails we have sent you for additional information required prior to processing your withdrawal have been reviewed and information provided.
• You can check the status of your transaction on the blockchain using the Bitcoin wallet address where the funds have been sent to.

Estimated processing times and confirmations for ETH, USDC & USDT:

• Ethereum (ETH): usually within minutes (requires 12 confirmations)
• USDT: usually within minutes (requires 19 confirmations)
• USDC: usually within minutes (requires 12 confirmations)

When submitting a withdrawal request, ensure you enter the correct wallet address that belongs to the correct network for the selected token.

• Please only enter a Bitcoin (BTC) wallet address.
• Ensure you enter the exact Bitcoin (BTC) address of your Bitcoin (BTC) wallet.  
• We DO NOT send to Bitcoin Cash (BCH) wallet addresses. 
• If you deposit via Debit/Credit Card it must be sent back to a Bitcoin (BTC) wallet address.

Due to the digital currency protocols, once the transaction is processed it can neither be canceled nor reversed. Providing incorrect details may result in the loss of funds that are transferred.

We aim to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours. Once processed it can take 1-6 hours or as soon as there 3-6 confirmations on the Blockchain before the funds will be available in your BTC wallet.

If you deposited by credit card or debit card using Bitcoin via Instacoins (3rd party platform), the withdrawal will be processed by us in the same day and can take 1- hours or 3-6 confirmations on the Blockchain before being received.

Other supported Withdrawal Methods and Networks:

• Ethereum (ETH) - Ethereum Network (ERC-20)
• USDT (Tether) - Ethereum Network (ERC-20), Tron Network (TRC-20), Solana Network (SPL)
• USDC (USD Coin) - Ethereum Network (ERC-20), Solana Network (SPL)

⚠️ Always ensure that the wallet address you provide belongs to the correct network for the selected cryptocurrency, otherwise the transaction may fail or funds may be lost.

If you want to withdraw your funds, you will need to do a withdrawal and select Bitcoin.

Follow these steps:

• Click on Withdraw 
• Select Bitcoin for Withdrawal Type
• Enter the amount you wish to withdraw
• Click Request Withdrawal
• Enter your Bitcoin address: Copy and paste this from your Bitcoin Wallet or provider to ensure its correct.

Note: It will take time to process the withdrawal, and the blockchain will take 3-6 confirmations to confirm it once we have processed it.

You will be guided to a second screen where you will need to paste in the same Bitcoin address as you used in the first step. 

You then press "Send Bitcoin" and the withdrawal will be processed by the payments team.
