What are the Withdrawal Time Frames?

We aim to process all withdrawals within a 24-hour timeframe. Once processed and approved, the timeframe for the particular payment method would apply. 

  • Bitcoin: Once processed it will need 1-6 hours or 3-6 confirmations on the Blockchain. You can monitor or search the transaction on the blockchain using your wallet address.

Estimated processing times once processed and confirmations for ETH, USDC & USDT:

  • Ethereum (ETH): usually within minutes (requires 12 confirmations)
  • USDT: usually within minutes (requires 19 confirmations)
  • USDC: usually within minutes (requires 12 confirmations)
