How to Sign Up and Verify Your Email Address on Hugo's Way

Step-by-Step Guide:

1. Go to Hugo's Way  

2. Click the "Sign Up" button on the top right of the screen to fill in the form; Don't forget to take a look at the terms and conditions. Once completed, click the "Sign Up" button to proceed.

3. Check your email inbox for an email sent by us to complete the second part of the sign-up process and click "Verify Account"If you do not find the email in your inbox, it may be in your spam/junk folder.

4. You will then be re-directed to the log-in page to enter the information you signed up with. 

Note - Take note of the small message presented below the ‘Login’ button.

5. The next step will be followed by your phone number verification which adds an extra layer of security to your account. It is also recommended to have Two Factor Authentication enabled for your account by going to the 'Settings' tab.

Why should I enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)?

At Hugo’s Way, we take the security of our clients’ accounts seriously.

In order to increase the security of your account, we offer Two-factor authentication (2FA). This is an extra layer of security to protect your account from unauthorised access.

The Two-Factor Authentication feature currently supports the use of an authenticator app as a verification method. 

Kindly follow these steps to add 2FA to your account:

1. On your Hugo’s Way profile, go to the "Settings" tab

2. Click the ‘Enable’ button under the Two-Factor Authentication section.

3. To find the requested code, download and open the Google Authenticator app on your phone and tap 'Begin Setup'. Once you've used your phone to scan the barcode displayed in your browser, click 'Next'. You will then be prompted to enter the authentication code that will appear on your phone.

How To Make a Deposit On Hugo's Way

Hugo’s Way offers the option to deposit using your Card or a Bank Wire Transfer using a Bitcoin via Instacoins, as well as Bitcoin as the primary deposit method.

You can only use the Bitcoin address we provide you with once. You will get a new Bitcoin address every time you request a payment.

We do not process Bitcoin Cash (BCH) transactions.  

To deposit funds, simply log into your Hugo's Way account, select the ‘Deposit Funds’ option from your user dashboard, and choose your preferred deposit method.

For Bitcoin deposits, proceed to input the amount you want to deposit and click ‘Deposit’. 

Next, a Bitcoin wallet address will be shown to you. Send the funds you want to deposit to that address, and they will be loaded into your account automatically as soon as they are received. 

Note: The wallet address provided will expire if unused after 15 mins. Please request a new address for future deposits.

For the Credit/Debit card or Wire deposit options, proceed by clicking on the second option "Fast Deposit via Instacoins" this will direct you to a third-party website. Here, you will need to create an account and purchase Bitcoin, which will automatically be sent to your Hugo’s Way account.

Note - Bitcoin deposits need to be confirmed on the Blockchain 3-6 times for you to receive the funds. This can typically take 1-6 hours.

My personal details are wrong, why can’t I change them?

Our current CRM system does not support the changing of personal account details on the client end and is not being modified at this time. How do I transfer my funds to my trading account?

You'll see the money in your Dashboard "Wallet" after a successful deposit. You must carry out an internal transfer from your wallet to your trading account in order to use these funds for trading. They will be connected to your MT4 account after this step is finished using the same ID as your trading account.
