You can customise the charts by:

• Right-clicking on the chart
• Select "Properties"

• You will be able to change the colours to suit your preferences. 
• For more options select the "Common" tab.

Enter your log in credentials and proceed to your account. 

If you can't find a specific instrument/pair on PRO4, Right-Click on any instrument/pair then click Show All.

Desktop:

1. Right-click on any Instrument/pair. 
2. Select Show All.

Mobile:

• Click on the + icon on the top right-hand side of your screen.

• Choose a category.

• Choose the pair/instrument you want to see.

To be able to customise the instrument/pair options, you need to:

• Right-click on any instrument/pair.
• Select "Symbols".
• The Grey ones are: Hidden                                                      The Orange ones are: Showing

If you want to open a specific chart for an Instrument/Pair, you need to:

• Right-click on the instrument/pair.
• Click Chart window.

If you are unable to find the instrument,Right-click on the chart and click Show All.

You can also drag and drop the Instrument/Pair over an existing chart on the right to replace the current chart.

• Right-click on the instrument/pair that you want to remove.
• Select Hide.

To reset your PRO4 password, login to Hugo's Way and follow the steps below:

You must follow these procedures in order to reset your PRO4 password:

• Log in to your customer profile at Hugo's Way.

• Please choose "Trading Accounts" from the left-side menu after logging in.

• Choose "Reset Password" after selecting the "Padlock" icon next to the relevant account.

You will receive the password reset email to the email address registered to your account.
