Here are our Frequently asked questions

How to sign up for a trading account on Hugo’s Way?

Fill required fields using your own details

 

Submit verification documents

Once signed in you will need to provide your documents for verification.
This is an AML requirement for all live accounts

The following documents are required:

  • Address Verification – Bank Statements, Utility Bills…
  • Personal Photo Identification – Passport, Driving Licence, National ID Card

 

Documents can’t be older than 3 months and uploaded in a high quality scan.

 

Once your verification documents have been provided, a member of the Hugo’s Way team will review them and once approved, you will receive an email  when this is complete.

How long does account approval take?

Approval of the account usually takes less than 24 hours, but our aim is to approve it straight away.

What deposit methods do you accept?

Currently we accept the following methods

  • Credit/Debit card payments up to $2k per transaction (US + CA) and $5k per transaction (Rest of world)
  • Wire transfers (Unlimited amount)
  • Skrill (Unlimited amount)
  • Bitcoin* (Unlimited amount)

How much are the deposit fees?

  • Wire Transfers – 37$ (over 5000$ free)
  • Credit/Debit Card (non US) – 5%
  • Skrill: 5%
  • Bitcoin: 0%

How much are the withdraw fees?

  • Wire Transfers – 37$
  • Credit/Debit Card (non US) – 5%

How to withdraw from Hugo’s Way?

Please note that if you deposited through Credit/Debit card then the initial deposit amount will always go back to the same card you deposited with. 

Credit/Debit Card Deposit

If you have deposited through Credit/Debit card then you must first receive the full amount back to the card you deposited from. Note that if you deposited in USD and you request a EUR/GBP withdrawal that your withdrawal will be processed in USD via credit card. Further profits can be paid via Wire Transfer (USD/GBP/EUR), BitCoin or Skrill (USD) in the chosen currency.

 Wire Transfer Deposit

If you have deposited through wire transfer then you have the option to withdraw either back via wire transfer, BitCoin or through Skrill.

 Skrill Deposits

If you have deposited through Skrill then you can either withdraw back via Skrill, BitCoin or through wire transfer.

 BitCoin Deposits

If you have deposited via BitCoin then you can either withdraw with BitCoin, Skrill or Wire Transfer.

 Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours however we try to process them straight away. Withdrawals may take anywhere up to 7 days to appear on your bank account however for the majority of banks it will happen within 1-2 days. If you have not received your withdrawal within 7 days, please contact our support team.

Is Hugo’s Way regulated?

Hugo’s Way is currently not regulated. Regulation takes a very long time to setup and we are in the process of applying for regulation.

Are there any inactivity fees?

No, there are no inactivity fees.

What leverage does Hugo’s Way offer?

Hugo’s way offer flexible leverage options ranging from 0.1:1 to 1:500.

Do you allow hedging, scalping and news trading?

Yes you are free to hedge, scalp and trade during news events.

How to become Leader on Hugo’s Way?

To become a Leader on Hugo’s Way, you will need to provide us a minimum of 2 weeks trading history on demo or live accounts. Once you submit this our team will discuss the next steps with you. After you are approved to become a Hugo Leader, you can open a PAMM account with Hugo’s Way and followers can attach their accounts to yours. You will earn a profit share then each month on the trading you do. The more successful your trading is, the more investors you will attract.

What countries are restricted from using Hugo’s Way?

The following countries are restricted from trading on Hugo’s Way:
Burma, Ivory Coast, Congo, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Japan, Lebanon, Libya, North Korea, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Vietnam, Zimbabwe.
